Typically, Janet is available to schedule appointments and provide additional information between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday. She is usually out Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons.
Dr. Patterson's Hours are set by appointment only, and do not necessarily correspond to hours that the phone is directly answered.
Emergency Contact: Although Dr. Patterson returns calls, please keep in mind that emergencies may require immediate service. Never hesitate to go to the closest emergency room in the event of a true emergency. Otherwise, please follow the steps below:
1. Phone the office and leave a brief message either with Janet or on the answering machine. In your message, please indicate the number where you can be reached, how long you will be there, and how urgent the emergency is.
2. If the answering message advises you that Dr. Patterson is out of town, or if you call outside of usual office hours and do not get a call back after a reasonable period of time, consider calling either the nearest hospital emergency room or your regular physician.
